Club del Gourmet sources single-origin Kenyan Arabica beans for a coffee that tastes nothing like the anonymous supermarket bags you've seen. Kenyan coffees are known for their bright acidity and fruit-forward character — think blackcurrant and citrus notes — which come through cleanly in the capsule format. These are the beans serious coffee drinkers reach for when they want geography in their cup.

About this product

Each of the ten capsules holds freshly roasted, 100% Arabica beans from Kenya, sized and sealed for capsule machines. The roast level appears to be medium, allowing the origin's natural acidity and floral undertones to shine. Club del Gourmet, has a track record of not cutting corners on coffee sourcing — these are single-origin beans, not a blend masked as premium.

How to enjoy

  • Brew one capsule in your morning routine for a complex, fruit-forward cup that pairs well with mild pastries.
  • Serve as an afternoon espresso-style shot if your machine supports it — the acidity holds up well in smaller volumes.
  • Gift a box to a coffee enthusiast who appreciates single-origin traceability over brand hype.
  • Store unused capsules in a cool, dry place away from strong odours.

⭐ Why we love this

Club del Gourmet's commitment to single-origin transparency sets these Kenyan Arabicas apart from commodity blends. The bright acidity and blackcurrant notes are hallmarks of East African terroir—a profile Spanish coffee connoisseurs prize for its complexity and ability to cut through rich breakfast spreads.

🍷 Pairing suggestion

Serve alongside Spanish churros con chocolate for breakfast, or enjoy as a standalone afternoon espresso. The fruit-forward acidity complements aged Manchego cheese beautifully—a classic Spanish pairing that elevates both coffee and fromage.

Customer Reviews

Overall rating: 5 / 5 from 1 reviews.

The USPS required a signature on the delivery. This was unknown to me. I had to drive 30+ mile to retrieve the item, vice delivery to my address.

Finca La Rosala Marcona Almonds with Rosemary – Roasted Spanish Snack – Pack of 2 (2 × 90g)

Store owner replied: Thank you for the five stars, James, and I'm sorry about that drive. Our parcels travel as tracked international post with Correos in Spain, and USPS takes over for delivery in the US. We don't ask for a signature when we post, but it turns out USPS releases these parcels against one. At most addresses that just means signing at the door; in your case the delivery didn't go through, so USPS held it at the nearest post office, and that cost you a long trip. The surprise is partly on us, so we're adding a clear line about it to our shipping information. We can't give you back the time, but to cover the fuel we'd like to offer you $15 off anything in the shop on your next order. - Mateo, Iberian Direct
