Shipping policy

At Iberian Direct, we ship genuine Spanish products worldwide
from Spain via Correos, MRW, and DHL. All product prices include
shipping — at checkout you will see "Free Worldwide Shipping."

DELIVERY TIMES (after order confirmation, business days)
- European Union: 5-10 days
- United Kingdom & EFTA: 7-12 days
- United States & Canada: 10-15 days
- Australia, New Zealand, Asia: 12-25 days
- Other destinations: 15-30 days

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, then shipped
from Spain. You will receive a tracking number by email
once your package is on its way.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes,
or fees upon delivery, depending on the destination country.
These charges are paid by the recipient and are not included
in our product prices.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Please contact us at info@iberiandirect.com within 14 days
of the expected delivery date.
