Shipping policy

At Iberian Direct we ship genuine Spanish products worldwide, posted from Spain with Correos, the Spanish postal service. All prices include shipping — at checkout you will see "Free Worldwide Shipping."

Processing time
Orders are sourced and dispatched from Spain within 5 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your parcel is on its way.

Delivery times
Delivery times vary by destination. Orders to the United States have recently arrived in 8–15 business days. Other destinations typically take 1–3 weeks. These are estimates, not guarantees — once a parcel leaves Spain, transit is handled by the destination's postal service.

Customs and duties
We pay the import duties and customs charges on your order. They are included in the price you see, and there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

In a small number of destinations the local postal service may still present a charge to the recipient before delivery. If that happens, pay it, send us a photo of the notice, and we will refund you in full. You should never be out of pocket.

Tracking
Every shipment is tracked. The tracking number is sent by email when your parcel is dispatched.

Lost or damaged parcels
Contact us at info@iberiandirect.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will refund or replace the order — no need to return anything.
