REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

45 day returns, no questions asked

If you change your mind, you have 45 days from delivery. You don't need to give a reason.

Email us at info@iberiandirect.com and we'll take it from there.

If the item is unopened, send it back and we'll refund what you paid for the product as soon as it arrives. Return postage is yours to cover, and we'll tell you exactly where to send it.

If something is wrong with it, damaged, past its best, or not what we described, don't send anything back. Just email us a photo and your order number, and we'll refund or replace it straight away, at your choice. That has always been our position and it isn't changing.

Original shipping and the import duties we paid on your behalf are not refunded, since those are already spent by the time your parcel reaches you.

Lost parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us: after 20 business days for the United States and Canada, 14 business days within Europe, 30 business days elsewhere. We will open a claim with the carrier and refund or replace once it is confirmed lost.

Customs and duties

We cover import duties and customs charges. They are included in the price you pay. If a carrier or local postal service still presents a charge before delivery, pay it, send us a photo of the notice, and we will refund it in full.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled any time before dispatch. Email us with your order number. Orders are usually dispatched within 5 business days.

EU right of withdrawal

Customers in the EU have a statutory 14 day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU, counted from delivery. Our 45 day policy above is offered in addition to this right, not instead of it.

The statutory right does not apply to sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, or to goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, which covers most food products.

Refund processing

We confirm by email within 2 business days and refund to your original payment method. It usually appears within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
