Iberian Direct operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the "Services"). Iberian Direct is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, product colours, packaging, and appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen due to your device type, settings, and configuration. Products are sourced from Spanish retailers and producers; minor variations in packaging design between batches are possible and not grounds for return.

All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product, limit quantities, or decline service to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis, including but not limited to addresses we identify as high fraud-risk.

Section 3 — Orders

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. Iberian Direct reserves the right to accept or decline any order. Your order is not accepted until we send an order confirmation email. We must receive and process payment before your order is accepted.

Please review your order carefully before submitting. Orders can be cancelled any time before dispatch — email us with your order number. Orders are typically dispatched within 5 business days of placement.

Your purchases are subject to return or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

We may limit or decline orders that appear to be placed for commercial resale.

Section 4 — Prices and billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed and confirmed in your order confirmation email.

All prices include international shipping and any import duties or customs charges. There is nothing extra to pay on delivery. If a local postal service nevertheless presents a charge before delivery, contact us with a photo of the notice and we will refund it in full.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information. You represent that the payment information you provide is true, correct, complete, and authorised for your use.

Section 5 — Shipping and delivery

Orders ship from Spain with Correos, the Spanish postal service.

Delivery times vary by destination. Orders to the United States have recently arrived in 8–15 business days; other destinations typically take 1–3 weeks.

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Tracking information is provided by email after dispatch.

Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. If your parcel is lost in transit, we will refund or replace it — see our Refund Policy.

We do not ship to addresses we identify as high fraud-risk and reserve the right to cancel and refund such orders.

Section 6 — Intellectual property

Our Services, including trademarks, brand presentations, text, images, graphics, descriptions, and design elements, are the property of Nolibu Ltd or its licensors and content suppliers (including the manufacturers and brands whose products are sold), and are protected by UK, EU, and international intellectual property laws.

Product brand names, logos, and packaging shown on our Services are the property of their respective owners (the Spanish manufacturers and brands). Iberian Direct displays them in good faith as a retailer of those products.

These Terms permit you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, or store any material from our Services without prior written consent.

Section 7 — Third-party links and tools

The Services may contain links to third-party websites (including payment providers, carriers, and brand pages). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites, and access to them is at your own risk. Please review the policies of any third-party site before transacting with them.

We may provide access to third-party customer tools as part of the Services. These are provided "as is" without warranty, and we have no liability for your use of them.

Iberian Direct is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. All sales and purchases are made directly with Iberian Direct (Nolibu Ltd). Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Iberian Direct. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from your purchases and transactions with us.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims relating to the Services exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
