El Dorado Brasil brings the warmth of a Brazilian coffee finca to your cup. These single-origin beans are sourced directly from a dedicated estate, capturing the character of the terroir in every roast. Whether you prefer a full-bodied morning brew or an afternoon espresso, each 250-gram bag of whole beans invites you to grind fresh and taste the difference a single origin can make.

About this product

Whole roasted coffee beans from El Dorado, a roaster known for respecting the origins they work with. These Brazilian beans carry the notes typical of the region — smooth body, subtle sweetness, and a balanced finish. Roasted to bring out the finca's natural character without overpowering it, they're ideal for those who want to explore coffee beyond the everyday blend.

How to enjoy

  • Grind coarse for a French press or Turkish pot.
  • Use a medium grind for drip machines or pour-over methods.
  • Try an espresso-fine grind for stovetop moka pots or espresso machines.
  • Store beans in an airtight container away from heat and light to preserve freshness.

⭐ Why we love this

El Dorado Brasil represents the Spanish tradition of curating single-origin coffees with the same respect given to fine wines — each bean tells the story of its finca. This is coffee for those who appreciate terroir, smooth body, and natural sweetness without the bitter edge of mass-market roasts.

🍷 Pairing suggestion

Pair this Brazilian coffee with Spanish churros and chocolate for a classic breakfast, or enjoy as an afternoon pick-me-up alongside a slice of tarta de almendra. The smooth, slightly sweet profile also complements a cortado or café con leche tradition beautifully.

📍 From Spain

While the beans originate from Brazil's renowned coffee region, El Dorado's roasting expertise is rooted in Spain's coffee culture, where the art of single-origin selection is taken as seriously as in the best specialty roasteries across Europe. Sourced and roasted with the care Spain applies to its finest gastronomic imports.

Customer Reviews

Overall rating: 5 / 5 from 1 reviews.

The USPS required a signature on the delivery. This was unknown to me. I had to drive 30+ mile to retrieve the item, vice delivery to my address.

Finca La Rosala Marcona Almonds with Rosemary – Roasted Spanish Snack – Pack of 2 (2 × 90g)

Store owner replied: Thank you for the five stars, James, and I'm sorry about that drive. Our parcels travel as tracked international post with Correos in Spain, and USPS takes over for delivery in the US. We don't ask for a signature when we post, but it turns out USPS releases these parcels against one. At most addresses that just means signing at the door; in your case the delivery didn't go through, so USPS held it at the nearest post office, and that cost you a long trip. The surprise is partly on us, so we're adding a clear line about it to our shipping information. We can't give you back the time, but to cover the fuel we'd like to offer you $15 off anything in the shop on your next order. - Mateo, Iberian Direct
