Tila — linden flower tea — is a Spanish evening ritual, steeped for centuries in households across the peninsula. Sans & Sans brings a refined take to this classic: a blend designed specifically for wind-down hours, combining linden with complementary herbs to encourage a calm, restful mood without the need for added ingredients.

About this product

Tila Night is crafted from dried linden flowers sourced and blended in Spain. Each 33-gram pouch contains enough for multiple infusions, each releasing the subtle floral, slightly sweet character linden is known for. Unlike mass-market tea blends, this is a straightforward herbal composition — no artificial flavoring, no unnecessary additives.

How to enjoy

  • Steep one teaspoon per cup in hot (not boiling) water for 5–7 minutes.
  • Serve warm in the evening, alone or with a drop of honey.
  • Keep a pouch on the bedside table for a quiet moment before sleep.

⭐ Why we love this

Tila is Spain's answer to evening calm—a botanical tradition that predates modern wellness culture by centuries. Sans & Sans honors this heritage without unnecessary flourish: pure linden with complementary herbs, the kind of simple, honest blend you'd find in a Madrid grandmother's cupboard.

🍷 Pairing suggestion

Serve after a light Spanish dinner or with a small plate of polvorones (butter shortbread). Pair the ritual itself with a moment of solitude—tila is less about taste alone and more about the Spanish custom of *sobremesa*, that lingering pause after eating.

📍 From Spain

Sourced and blended in Spain by Sans & Sans, a brand rooted in Spanish herbal tradition. Linden flowers thrive across the Iberian peninsula, particularly in cooler northern regions, where they've been harvested for infusions since medieval times.

Customer Reviews

Overall rating: 5 / 5 from 1 reviews.

The USPS required a signature on the delivery. This was unknown to me. I had to drive 30+ mile to retrieve the item, vice delivery to my address.

Store owner replied: Thank you for the five stars, James, and I'm sorry about that drive. Our parcels travel as tracked international post with Correos in Spain, and USPS takes over for delivery in the US. We don't ask for a signature when we post, but it turns out USPS releases these parcels against one. At most addresses that just means signing at the door; in your case the delivery didn't go through, so USPS held it at the nearest post office, and that cost you a long trip. The surprise is partly on us, so we're adding a clear line about it to our shipping information. We can't give you back the time, but to cover the fuel we'd like to offer you $15 off anything in the shop on your next order. - Mateo, Iberian Direct
