Rosara Cherry Peppers Stuffed with Cheese, Spanish Conserva, Pack of 2 (2 × 200g)

Rosara's cherry peppers stuffed with creamy cheese deliver a bright, briny snap followed by a mild, buttery finish. These small red peppers from Spain are hand-selected for tenderness, cored, and filled with a smooth cheese blend, then preserved in a light brine. Each jar holds 9 to 15 whole peppers, ready to serve without further prep.

About this product

Cherry peppers are sweeter and more delicate than their larger cousins, with thinner walls that yield easily to the tooth. The cheese filling — a blend of soft, mild varieties — complements the pepper's natural sweetness without overwhelming it. Glass-jarred in brine, they keep their snap and flavor for months in the pantry, making them a reliable staple for the Spanish kitchen or a gift for the cook who appreciates no-fuss elegance.

How to enjoy

• Serve chilled straight from the jar as part of a Spanish cheese and charcuterie board.
• Slice and toss into green salads, grain bowls, or pasta for a pop of color and mild spice.
• Arrange whole on a platter with jamón, queso, and Marcona almonds for a quick tapa.
• Drain and stuff into piquillo peppers or dollop onto crostini for an elegant appetizer.
• Add to antipasto platters, sandwiches, or grain salads for texture and tang.

⭐ Why we love this

Rosara's cherry peppers represent a cornerstone of Spanish conserva craft — hand-selected, delicately cored, and filled with care rather than mass-produced machinery. The interplay of sweet pepper, mild cheese, and briny brine is quintessentially Spanish, finding its place on tables from Madrid to Barcelona as both a quick tapa and a refined kitchen staple.

🍷 Pairing suggestion

Serve chilled alongside a crisp Albariño or Verdejo to echo the peppers' brightness, or pair with a bone-dry Fino sherry for a traditional Spanish aperitif moment. They're equally at home with a mild Manchego cheese and sliced jamón ibérico on a rustic wooden board.

📍 From Spain

Rosara sources these cherry peppers from Spain's Mediterranean growing regions, where the climate nurtures sweeter, more tender varieties perfect for hand-filling. Each jar reflects the Spanish commitment to quality conservas — a tradition of preserving the season's best produce with minimal intervention and maximum flavor.
