Quantity

Club del Gourmet's rosemary comes dried and ready to enliven soups, roasted vegetables, focaccia, and lamb dishes. At 25 grams, this is the size serious cooks keep on hand — substantial enough to flavor a week's worth of evening meals, compact enough to store without waste. Spanish-grown and carefully dried to preserve the herb's piney, slightly peppery character.

About this product

Rosemary (romero in Spanish) thrives in the Mediterranean climate and has been a cornerstone of Iberian cooking for centuries. The fragrance is clean and pronounced, a signal of proper harvest and storage.

How to enjoy

  • Steep a sprig or pinch in olive oil with garlic for a bread-dipping oil
  • Scatter over roasted potatoes, bell peppers, or zucchini before the oven
  • Add to bean soups, lentil broths, or tomato-based stews in the last 10 minutes of cooking
  • Rub finely chopped leaves onto lamb chops or chicken before grilling
  • Infuse into vinegars or honey for a subtly herbal condiment

⭐ Why we love this

Club del Gourmet's rosemary captures the essence of Spanish Mediterranean cooking—this herb is fundamental to *sofrito* bases and **escabeche** preparations that define regional Spanish cuisine. The careful drying preserves the volatile oils that give authentic depth to traditional dishes, rather than the stale, dusty rosemary found in mass-market alternatives.

🍷 Pairing suggestion

Perfect for evening tapas: sprinkle over grilled chorizo or jamón-wrapped dates, then pair with a crisp **Verdejo from Rueda** or a light **Tempranillo rosado**. Also essential for classic Spanish lamb stews (*cordero guisado*) where its piney notes complement earthy red wines like Rioja Reserva.

📍 From Spain

Sourced from Spain's Mediterranean regions where rosemary grows wild and cultivated with centuries of horticultural tradition. Club del Gourmet, sources only the finest Spanish-grown herbs, dried to exacting standards that honor the plant's natural character and aromatic potency.

Customer Reviews

Overall rating: 5 / 5 from 1 reviews.

The USPS required a signature on the delivery. This was unknown to me. I had to drive 30+ mile to retrieve the item, vice delivery to my address.

Finca La Rosala Marcona Almonds with Rosemary – Roasted Spanish Snack – Pack of 2 (2 × 90g)

Store owner replied: Thank you for the five stars, James, and I'm sorry about that drive. Our parcels travel as tracked international post with Correos in Spain, and USPS takes over for delivery in the US. We don't ask for a signature when we post, but it turns out USPS releases these parcels against one. At most addresses that just means signing at the door; in your case the delivery didn't go through, so USPS held it at the nearest post office, and that cost you a long trip. The surprise is partly on us, so we're adding a clear line about it to our shipping information. We can't give you back the time, but to cover the fuel we'd like to offer you $15 off anything in the shop on your next order. - Mateo, Iberian Direct
