Panadería Jesús Cañas de Pan Feo, Wholemeal Breadsticks, Pack of 2 (2 × 135g)

Panadería Jesús's cañas de pan feo are a Spanish classic: rustic wholemeal breadsticks that crack between your teeth with an honest, nutty crumb. "Feo" means homely — and these unpolished sticks wear that name with pride. Made from 100% integral flour, they deliver the wholesome texture of traditional Spanish bakery without pretense.

Each stick is baked to a satisfying crispness, neither hard nor soft. The wholemeal brings a subtle earthiness that pairs naturally with cheese, cured meats, or simply dipped in olive oil. They're the kind of snack Spanish families keep on hand for breakfast, aperitivos, or a quick bite that feels less processed than industrial biscuits.

How to enjoy

• Serve alongside Spanish cheese or jamón for a simple tapa
• Dip in good olive oil as a breakfast or afternoon snack
• Crumble over soup for texture
• Pair with tomato sauce or spreads for a more substantial bite

⭐ Why we love this

Panadería Jesús represents an uncompromising approach to Spanish breadmaking—no additives, no shortcuts, just 100% wholemeal flour baked to honest crispness. These cañas embody the Spanish philosophy that "feo" (homely) is more trustworthy than polished; they're the kind of everyday staple found in Spanish kitchens for generations, not manufactured snacks masquerading as artisanal.

🍷 Pairing suggestion

Perfect for a traditional Spanish aperitivo: serve alongside Manchego cheese and a glass of Tempranillo, or dip into extra virgin olive oil as a companion to jamón ibérico and Gernika peppers. For breakfast, they pair beautifully with Spanish tomato spread (pan con tomate style) or simply with café con leche.
