Nutnut's XL roasted cashews arrive dusted with manchego cheese flavour—a Spanish twist on a universal snack. These are cashews for someone who wants substance and character: whole nuts, properly toasted, finished with a savoury cheese powder that nods to La Mancha without pretending to be the real thing. The result is neither overly salty nor aggressively artificial; it sits in that comfortable middle where a single handful becomes a ritual.

The appeal is straightforward. Manchego is one of Spain's most recognizable cheeses, and tasting its essence on a roasted cashew is a small, satisfying nostalgia hit—perfect alongside a glass of something dry, or alone as an afternoon interrupt from work. The roasting is clean and even, which matters: a burnt cashew ruins everything.

How to enjoy

  • Pour into a small bowl and set it out during drinks or casual gatherings.
  • Snack straight from the pouch during travel or at your desk.
  • Mix into a green salad with sherry vinegar for a savoury crunch.
  • Pair with a aged manchego wedge and a glass of dry white wine or manzanilla sherry.

⭐ Why we love this

Nutnut captures the essence of manchego—that rich, slightly tangy dairy character—without resorting to artificial shorthand. These XL cashews respect both the nut and the cheese, merging two worlds that belong together in Spanish snacking culture, where quality roasting and authentic flavour pairing are non-negotiable.

🍷 Pairing suggestion

Serve alongside a chilled manzanilla sherry or a crisp Albariño; the savoury cheese notes echo the wine's minerality. For a simple tapas moment, pair with sliced manchego, quince paste, and these cashews for a complete La Mancha flavour story.

📍 From Spain

Nutnut sources premium cashews and finishes them in Spain with manchego cheese powder inspired by La Mancha's legendary dairy tradition. This product bridges global ingredients with deeply Spanish flavour—a modern expression of how Spanish makers honor regional classics through innovation.

Customer Reviews

Overall rating: 5 / 5 from 1 reviews.

The USPS required a signature on the delivery. This was unknown to me. I had to drive 30+ mile to retrieve the item, vice delivery to my address.

Finca La Rosala Marcona Almonds with Rosemary – Roasted Spanish Snack – Pack of 2 (2 × 90g)

Store owner replied: Thank you for the five stars, James, and I'm sorry about that drive. Our parcels travel as tracked international post with Correos in Spain, and USPS takes over for delivery in the US. We don't ask for a signature when we post, but it turns out USPS releases these parcels against one. At most addresses that just means signing at the door; in your case the delivery didn't go through, so USPS held it at the nearest post office, and that cost you a long trip. The surprise is partly on us, so we're adding a clear line about it to our shipping information. We can't give you back the time, but to cover the fuel we'd like to offer you $15 off anything in the shop on your next order. - Mateo, Iberian Direct
