Museo de la Confitura brings the craft of Spanish jam-making to your kitchen. This blueberry preserve is made with whole fruit and a touch of sugar, capturing the tart-sweet character of fresh blueberries in a spoonable form. The result is jammy texture without heaviness—clean fruit flavor that tastes like someone's grandmother spent the afternoon over a copper pot.

About this product

Produced in Spain, this 300-gram jar contains no artificial additives or thickeners. The berries are cooked slowly to preserve their natural pectin and delicate flavor. The thick, glossy preserve spreads easily on warm toast or pastry, and the bright berry taste makes it equally at home alongside soft cheese or stirred into Greek yogurt.

How to enjoy

  • Spread on warm toast with fresh butter and a pinch of sea salt
  • Pair with Spanish cheese—particularly manchego or a creamy burrata
  • Swirl into thick Greek yogurt for breakfast
  • Use as a filling for puff pastry tarts or vanilla cream cakes
  • Serve alongside cold cuts and cheese at a Spanish table

⭐ Why we love this

Museo de la Confitura represents the Spanish tradition of slow-cooked fruit preserves made without shortcuts—no pectin additives, just whole blueberries and sugar allowed to reach their natural jam state. This is jamming as the Spanish grandmother knows it, where patience and fruit quality matter more than industrial thickeners.

🍷 Pairing suggestion

Pair this with a creamy Manchego or soft Burrata alongside a glass of chilled Txakoli (a light Basque white wine) for an elegant cheese course. It also shines with warm croissants and good butter for a Spanish-style breakfast, or swirled into thick Greek yogurt drizzled with honey.

📍 From Spain

Museo de la Confitura sources premium fruit from Spain's productive blueberry regions and produces this preserve using traditional copper-pot methods that honor centuries of Spanish jam-making craft. Every batch reflects the brand's commitment to minimal ingredients and maximum fruit integrity.

Customer Reviews

The USPS required a signature on the delivery. This was unknown to me. I had to drive 30+ mile to retrieve the item, vice delivery to my address.

Finca La Rosala Marcona Almonds with Rosemary – Roasted Spanish Snack – Pack of 2 (2 × 90g)

Store owner replied: Thank you for the five stars, James, and I'm sorry about that drive. Our parcels travel as tracked international post with Correos in Spain, and USPS takes over for delivery in the US. We don't ask for a signature when we post, but it turns out USPS releases these parcels against one. At most addresses that just means signing at the door; in your case the delivery didn't go through, so USPS held it at the nearest post office, and that cost you a long trip. The surprise is partly on us, so we're adding a clear line about it to our shipping information. We can't give you back the time, but to cover the fuel we'd like to offer you $15 off anything in the shop on your next order. - Mateo, Iberian Direct
