Lady Joseph Lemon Shortbread Butter Cookies, Spanish Biscuits, Pack of 2 (2 × 130g)

Lady Joseph's lemon shortbread biscuits are a Spanish classic: buttery, crumbly cookies infused with bright citrus. Each 130-gram tin holds crisp golden rounds that dissolve on the tongue — the sort of biscuit that pairs as naturally with afternoon tea as with a glass of fino or a cortado. Made with real butter and real lemon, they're straightforward, unpretentious, and unmistakably European in sensibility.

These shortbread biscuits are perfect for gifting, for stocking your pantry, or for those moments when you want a biscuit that tastes like something rather than nothing. The texture is delicate but sturdy enough to dunk; the flavor is balanced lemon, not sour or artificial.
