Finca Socueva Citrus Jam, Spanish Marmalade, Pack of 2 (2 × 250g)

Finca Socueva's citrus marmalade captures the bright acidity and natural sweetness of Spanish oranges, lemons, and grapefruits in a single jar. Made in small batches, this preserve balances fruit with just enough sugar to let the citrus character shine — the kind of jam that tastes like it was made by someone who grew the fruit themselves.

About this product

This marmalade is produced using traditional methods that preserve the texture and flavor of fresh citrus. The blend of varieties gives it complexity: the bitterness of grapefruit peel, the brightness of lemon, and the body of orange. Spread it on buttered toast, swirl it into yogurt, or use it as a glaze for duck or pork. Glass jar; keep in a cool cupboard after opening.

How to enjoy

• Spread on warm croissants or toast with butter
• Stir into plain yogurt or crème fraîche for a quick dessert
• Use as a glaze for roasted ham or game birds
• Pair with aged manchego cheese on a charcuterie board

⭐ Why we love this

Finca Socueva honors the Spanish tradition of transforming citrus abundance into preserves that taste of terroir—this is marmalade made by people who understand that the best jams let the fruit speak. The peel-forward approach, with bitter grapefruit and bright lemon, reflects authentic Spanish jam-making rather than cloying commercial versions.

🍷 Pairing suggestion

Serve alongside a creamy Manchego or paired with aged jamón ibérico on a Spanish charcuterie board. For breakfast, spread generously on warm pan tostado with butter, or glaze roasted duck the Spanish way—its acidity cuts through rich meats beautifully, much like a traditional agrodolce.

📍 From Spain

Finca Socueva sources prime citrus from Spain's Mediterranean coast, where Valencia oranges and Seville's famous bitter varieties thrive. Produced using time-honored batch methods that honor the finca tradition of farm-to-jar preservation, this marmalade carries the essence of Spanish artisanal jam-making.
