Can Moragues Organic Tomato & Thyme Jam, Spanish Spread, Pack of 2 (2 × 170g)

Can Moragues crafts this organic tomato and thyme jam in Mallorca, where the combination of ripe tomatoes and wild thyme creates an unexpectedly savory preserve. Unlike fruit jams, this tomato conserva works as a spread, condiment, and cooking ingredient all in one — a staple of Spanish pantries that international customers often search for when they want to recreate their favorite tapa at home.

About this product

Made from certified organic tomatoes and thyme, this spread carries the distinctive sweet-and-herbal profile of traditional Mallorcan preserving. The thyme adds a subtle Mediterranean herbaceousness that pairs naturally with cheese, cured meats, and grilled vegetables. Shelf-stable and ready to use straight from the jar, it requires no special preparation. The organic certification means no synthetic pesticides or additives — just tomatoes, thyme, and sugar balanced to preserve.

• Use as a glaze for roasted vegetables or grilled fish
• Dollop onto cured meat and cheese boards

⭐ Why we love this

This is a true Spanish pantry essential—a savory preserve that bridges the gap between condiment and ingredient, something you'll find in authentic tapas bars across Spain but rarely elsewhere. Can Moragues' commitment to organic Mallorcan tomatoes and wild thyme honors the island's centuries-old preserving tradition while delivering genuine versatility that fruit jams simply cannot match.

🍷 Pairing suggestion

Serve alongside jamón ibérico and manchego on a wooden board with crusty pan de cristal, or pair with a chilled Vermouth from Catalonia for an authentic Spanish aperitif. It also shines as a finishing touch to grilled fish with a glass of crisp Albariño from Galicia.

📍 From Spain

Crafted in Mallorca, the Balearic island where Mediterranean cooking traditions have preserved tomatoes and herbs for generations, Can Moragues sources organic tomatoes from local growers and wild thyme from the island's sun-drenched landscape. This pequeño productor embodies the Mallorcan approach to slow food—minimal ingredients, maximum flavor.
